Outstanding customer service. No job is too large or too small. Cut a 4 by 4 carpet pad to use as a cushion in the back of my SUV for my 14 year old German shepherd. That kind of service is a rare thing. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience with Jeter's! We had an old sheet vinyl kitchen floor replaced with LVT and a carpeted living room replaced with laminate wood-look planks. James was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all of our options and make recommendations, both at our home when doing measurements and in the showroom when picking out final materials. The installation team was prompt and professional and did excellent work - again, taking the time to explain options and make recommendations as needed. The installation took a few days and the installers cleaned up and stored their tools/supplies out of the way each evening so the space was still functional for us to use throughout the process. We got estimates from several places before going with Jeter's and they definitely offered the right balance of value/service/expertise. We will definitely be back the next time we have a flooring job!
