Worst experience EVER ... never never ever will I do back to this dump agn . Go in for a routine check up and I was very specific about what I wanted to address from the point of booking the appointment to getting into the doctors office. I went from a routine appointment and being told I don't have a co pay to be a shoved in a wheelchair down the hall in front of a crowd of people into a crowded elevator and outside into the emergency room all the time explaining to everyone I don't feel like I need to be there. These crooks took my took my blood and hooked me to a monitor which I continue to say I didn't need and GUESS WHAT !! found out I WAS RIGHT!! But then they had the nerve to say they want to run a second set of the same test I GUESS I LOOK STUPID ....next thing I know some women shows up ask me to sign my consent and then immediately after informing me I over 250 co-pay for the emergency room. WAIT DID I WALK INTO THE ER??? Was anybody listening when I said I didn't need to be there .... well surprise surprise I get two bills one for over 600 which included the co-pay that I was told was waived and another separate bill for over 4000 mins you this was the test they wanted to run twice....these people are crazy and they are cracks never will I ever go back to Kiaser again actually I feel like I need to call 7 on my side and a lawyer !
