Canadian sales person were rude and behaved as if they were doing me a favor allowing me to purchase one of their buildings , Then ignored repeated follow up phone calls and emails to obtain order information ,terrible slow service . USA Representative was no improvement and refused my apology for honest mis-comuniciation made on my behalf to USA representative ,who then refused to supply quote after my waiting 5 days for reply from Canadian representative for a simple 20 x 60 building . . Competitors all responded with in 24 hours to requests for quotes and in 5 days had answered all questions regarding specifications on their products. Mills and Josh very offensive and not professional at all ,buyer beware . To their credit Diane was very pleasant to speak with . .
