To start the guy told me his name and I should have listened better but my receipt says Brandon I will update later if not since he needs the credit! This is during the pandemic. He is incredibly helpful took the time to walk me through the whole process 3 or 4 different pairs of shoes for all budgets and also answered a bunch of running questions that were not related to solely shoes. I truly believe I picked the right place and for the staff to be this friendly in general let alone during the pandemic the real rating should be above 5 stars and this will be the sole place I go now. First impressions are important and patience and listening all of which this employee demonstrated perfectly. Most people only write reviews for negative experiences but this NEEDED to be posted it was an incredible experience!

The owners and staff at Lucky Road are truly the best in the business. They take the time to listen to customer needs and troubleshoot any issues or discomfort, making the shopping experience both informative and enjoyable. For instance, the bottoms of my feet used to tingle after 10 minutes of vigorous activity. Turns out, I had been wearing shoes an entire size too small! (An error originating at a running store in Denver). In addition to phenomenal customer service, Lucky Road carries popular brands such as Saucony and ASICS, as well as up-and-coming ones like 361 Degrees. They also organize a local running group, clinics, and race training. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Lucky Road. You’ll be blown away!

So thankful that I found this shop! I went to these guys because I was having pain on the side of my foot and up my leg during and after my run, it was so bad that I didn't know if I would be able to continue running much longer. Two salesmen assisted me, watched me run and immediately knew what I needed to be pain free. They suggested that I try the Pain Free Inserts inside my Hoka running shoes and never tried to over sell me or convince me that I needed new shoes. The salesman placed the inserts in my shoes for me and I went home and within 2 runs, I could tell a huge difference and have been running pain free every since. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received here, better than any other running shoe store I have been to. Their caring, kind staff are the best and I am running today, instead of being sidelined with pain, because they actually cared to help me.

I had the BEST experience yesterday at Lucky Road! Brad took his time to make sure I got the perfect shoes within my budget. He was so patient and great to work with. I went on my first run with my new shoes this morning, and it was the best run I've ever had. Thank y'all SO much, I can't wait to return!

Some people make an impact on your life and Lucky Road Run Shop is blessed to have a sales associate like Blake!! She took her time explaining the benefits of a good running shoe, what would work best for a newbie runner like myself. She watched my gait and stride to get the perfect fit.
