Absolutely amazing workmanship. They repaired a ceramic piece and it's nearly impossible to tell that it had been broken at all. Customer service is fantastic and they bend over backwards to help you.

This shop bent over backwards to work with me. I found them to be friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with their quality of work and more importantly their customer service.

Had an antique Fenton glass bowl repaired here. The job was done very cleanly and for the multiple pieces of glass that were realigned and set, I can hardly see any break lines or flaws in the glass repair even at extremely close range. Would come here for repairs again. Also some cool items for sale in the shop. Check this place out

We have used McHugh's Restoration on a couple of occasions. We have been amazed at the quality of workmanship! It is impossible to tell that the pieces have been damaged once they have worked their magic. They are even able to replicate missing pieces from the broken item. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication with McHugh's and the restoration of my Madame Alexander doll. I sent her in August and got the doll back the end of March, the doll was restrung, a dress, very unatractive shoes and an original wig that is very matted and glued only at the crown. The wig is not even placed properly and may not even be made for this dolls head. There was no make up touch up of her face. I was charged 145.00. The only good thing is the wig can be easily removed and have another wig put on. I had high expectations and am very disappointed.

The owners of McHugh's refused to sell me two art pieces at an estate sale when they found out I wanted them for the frames and not for the Christian imagery. It was extremely unprofessional and very off putting. This took money away from the family selling the items and left us feeling alienated for not sharing the religion of the company.
