I have been using PRRx for years and two things always stand out: They are extremely customer friendly and helpful! Every one of my questions is immediately answered and done so so I actually understand what they are talking about! They are clear, super helpful, understanding of my lack of proper computer vocabulary, and really quick. Another thing is how reasonable they are. Very affordable!!! You just can't beat this kind of service and assistance!

We have used PCRx for over 15 years. I cannot say how many times they have fixed a problem quickly. The most important part is the personal service we always receive. Over the years, we have purchased new laptops and printers. When we get them, they are programmed and ready to go! Also, no question is too “dumb “ for them to answer. We highly recommend PCRx.
I love the the quick response and the \house calls\ to fix whatever issues I have. I've also purchased computers and printers, and used their services with transferring the data from the old computer and setting up the new one. I work from home, and having the immediate access helps limit any downtime, which impacts by business.
I've stuck with their computer hardware product sales and maintenance since first seeking local help with a faulty laptop display which they repaired in a few minutes and returned to me before I finished my nearby shopping. That was in 2012. Nice guys always, and candid with advice for my price level and particulars, they'll get my continued business even if I should have to drive to them after moving to another central Virginia residence.
