Overall the experience was acceptable. Glenn was cordial, and after three weeks we came to an agreement. I understand that my used car purchase was likely the smallest price vehicle transaction they will do this month, but it is a lot of money to me. I wasn’t made to feel special at any point in the process. There were no refreshments offered to me or my family on any of my three visits. To contrast this, I am offered a courtesy car for recall work on my 20 year old BMW at that dealership. I’m the end I would do business with Glenn and Pearson, but it would not be my first choice.

Awesome dealership. Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Customer service aren't just words or a slogan to Pearson, it's the way they do business. Great selection of vehicles and if they don't have what you are looking for, they will go out of their way to find it
I just purchased a new Jeep from Pearson. I live in Roanoke, which is about 3 hours away from the dealership. They had the exact trim package and color that I wanted. I dealt with Mike in sales and we communicated via text, phone and email. We drove up to Richmond and everything was great. Mike had the jeep up front waiting for us to drive and had all the paperwork ready to go based on our agreement. Everything went great and everyone we dealt with was great. The final price was even a little less that we agreed upon. Mike even called our insurance agent to have the insurance transferred to the new vehicle. This was by far one of the best vehicle buying experiences that we have had and would highly recommend Mike and the staff at Pearson.
The was my second Jeep Wrangler purchase and I drove an hour to Pearson Jeep because I had such a bad experience with the Jeep dealership near my home. Steve Collins and Greg were helpful, upfront and honest from start to finish. They kept me updated on the status of my new cat arrival, delivered what they promised at the price they promised and followed up to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone.
Initially the first time I purchased at Pearson Jeep, my experience was not that great. I had a really new salesmen and I was there for about 8 hours on the initial purchase of the new body style Jeep Compass. Unfortunately, months later I was in and out of the shop with this new vehicle. I spoke with the service manager eventually and he was able to rally a team together to get me in another vehicle. I had already dealt with the manager Matt previously and I really liked him a lot so when it came to purchasing again, I went straight to him. He then hooked me up with Troy E, and he treated me wonderfully. I already knew what I was looking at to replace my lemon vehicle. We took it for a drive and he re explained a lot of things to me as well as the differences in the one I initially had and the one I would be getting. He made the process as easy as possible and I truly appreciate his professionalism as well as working with me during this difficult time.
