Pho Thien Phat is possibly the best Pho in Richmond and has aged very gracefully over the years. The broth, beef, noodles, and sides are the same excellent quality I have vivid memories of eating 5 years ago. Food is served within ten minutes even during the lunch rush with always attentive and friendly service. Value is very high, with a large bowl of soup costing only 9.50. I couldn't recommend it more, and I couldn't have picked a better spot for my day-trip back to RVA. Regarding takeout, I was concerned at first, but the quality is actually very high. Piping hot broth comes in a bowl separate from the beef, noodles, etc. and combines easily at home. Utensils and toppings (bean sprouts, green onion, etc.) are also included. In the pictures, I am using my own dishes. Only plastic containers are provided.

This is a good spot. The vegetarian pho was great. Food comes out fast too.
I come here every weekend with my dad, not only are the noodles great, the staff is cool too, we’re all bros!
The picture says it all. I couldn't try the specialty drinks as the woman who knows the recipe was not feeling well. That said the Pho was hearty, fresh, and delicious!
The Pho here is some of the best I've had. Great service and excellent food. Highly recommend!
