THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!! THEY LIED TO THE LABOR AND LAWS PERSONNEL AND STATED THAT THEY DID NOT OWE FOR WAGES WORKED! THE ONLY PROOF I HAVE IS THE EMAIL TRANSCIPTS THAT WAS SENT. THERE WAS NO TIME CARD OR ANYTHING TO TRACK HOURS WORKED. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND IM VERY DISPAPOINTED BECAUSE THIS IS A BLACK OWNED COMPANY WHO CAN'T TREAT THEIR OWN RIGHT, GREEDY, AND MONEY HUNGRY. THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY THERE EMPLOYEES, JUST WORKEM AND TAKE WHAT THEY CAN GET FROM THEM ONCE THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU, THEY WILL LIE AND SAY OTHERWISE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I used to work at this location as an HR Admin Assistant, however the business has some mess with it. It is not an insurance agency, it is a group home. I worked after hours and they don't want to pay me. The Executive Admin Assistant, is trying to use emails to validate hours worked, however most of the task given didn't require email usage. Emails were never checked when sent and then they tried to question if I did my work after I had sent emails about it. I also felt judge and discriminated against since I am single mother and when I asked to work from home due to COVID and in office as needed back on May 26th, the Director stated that she saw no problem in this. However, when the Executive Admin Assistant try to question me about the hours worked and my child, the conversation had gotten hostile. She (Executive Admin) said your son is too loud. My child was 3 at the time and COVID was and is still going on. He was out of daycare since I was told it was still okay to work from home (May 26th). She threaten that they didn't have to pay me during COVID and that they were doing me a favor. She is now unwilling to pay me the hours I worked stating that she needs to calculate it. I had worked after hours to complete the tasks, while she was out of town for two weeks. I wrote this review to give those a chance to understand the type of organization this is and for them to make their own judgement before working here. I have reached out to them several times throughout the past couple of weeks and no answer. They have ignored all messages sent via email, text, and voicemail. They have not returned any calls. I am left with reaching out in other ways because their actions as a company are illegal and against VA laws.
Very attentive staff. Great program and cares about the community it serves. Top notch.
