My husband and I were on a search for the perfect addition to our motor vehicle family, and after an exhausting trek through Raleigh dealerships, we decided to see what we could find a little ways North, in Richmond. We decided on Richmond Ford Lincoln because of their wide selection and pristine reputation, and they did not disappoint. Brad was a very informative, helpful, accommodating, and just provided a great experience, and also ensured that we got exactly what we were looking for. To top it off, we got a rebate and some excellent warranty coverage! Evelyn really sealed the deal when she explained all of the amazing things Ford does to take care of their customers. We left as very satisfied customers, in our brand new Explorer XLT!

I was in the market for another SUV but couldn't really decide on what to choose as there are so many different types and styles available. My current tried and trusted 1998 Expedition has been my ride or die for the past 19 years, so that being said I went back to what has always delivered for me. I worked with sale Rep Shelly Fields who had just the right vehicle for me with all the space and amenities I was looking for in the vehicle. The price was not quite where I wanted it to be but Shelly was able to meet me where I was satisfied and happy to seal the deal. No pressure. Thanks to Mr. Foust and the finance team for assisting with the financing and added products which still kept my price where I needed it. Kudos to Shelly and the team on great customer service, give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Chris was an awesome salesman and was willing to work with me to get the car I wanted for closer to the price that I was looking for! I also love the fact that I have lifetime (of the car) state inspections. Thank you Chris for maintaining the great image of Richmond Ford that we already had previously!

Brought my car to a service center that started to diagnose the issue with the car. After some research, the first service center said I should take the Ford Fusion to a Ford dealer for service, because the problem was common for this type of car, and it may be covered under recall or warranty. I then brought the car to Richmond Ford Lincoln. I gave them the information from the previous service center. I dealt with Scott, who told me that they do their own evaluation of the car and would not use the other service center's evaluation. Scott called me later in the day to let me know that the car would need a new engine (8300.00). Paid 130.00 for that evaluation and picked the car up whereby Scott smiled at me and said have a great day!! I then searched for a independent master mechanic because I now had two completely different stories as to what was wrong with the car. Final diagnosis supported the first service center's evaluation. Impact: I will never use this service center again (and I own 4 cars, 2 of which are Ford's). Richmond Ford Lincoln may want to read a manual about ethics and how they treat their customers.

Couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and follow up after the sale. He and Jazz worked the deal I trade and finance that fit our budget. My wife and I are loyal Ford owners and now part of the Richmond Ford family.
