We ordered a custom product through RNS Specialties. We were so excited to get them and distribute at an upcoming trade show. When the product arrived, it looked NOTHING like the proof and our logo wasn't legible. either Jean Raugh or the factory should have advised us how dark it actually was and that we should have printed in a different color. She refused to fight for us with the factory, refused to reimburse us, and refused to make it right. I'll never use them again. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We lost hundreds of dollars
