I will not recommend this company for notary stamps. Not even sure how their customer service is on the laser portion of the business but I do know that the customer service I have gotten since I place my order in July has been lacking in so many ways. Order placed, was not told within a few days of ordering that they would not be complete within a week. After informing them I was not happy got an email the next day my items were ready which was on a Friday at 2:30pm.. being sick and not being able to call to pick up until Tuesday I was told my items could have been possibly put in the mail by mistake. .oh...not so..because I did not pay for them. Was told that she would have the crew make new items and possibly for pickup next day. Told them nope don't bother. I placed my order with someone else and paid for expedited shipping only to get a phone call the next day that my items were ready for pick up. Said I would take them but would only pay half price being i had already ordered. Well, I picked them up and that was the 4nd of july.. TODAY August 24, 2020 I get an email telling me my items are ready and "MEGAN" could take my payment over the phone and my items would be put on the pick up table for me to pick them up.. of course I could not get in touch with MEGAN and the person who answered the phone had no idea what was happening. I'm just shaking my head and giving new customers a chance to hear or read rather about my experience. I don't think I will be needing their services for no reason. I still have all the emails where the office manager offered to make my next item for free...not worth my time if this is the customer service I'm gonna get.. BUYER BEWARE!

It's great to find these products locally and very well made. Highly recommend Liz / Rubber Stamp Richmond. I've bought from vistaprint and other online sites before but the quality is no where near the same as Rubber Stamps!

I got a couple of stamps to use on envelopes,generic estimate and bill forms. The quality of the product was excellent and the service was great. I've been using the same stamp for seven or eight months and the ink still flows. THE STAMPER WILL AWAKEN!!! (Sorry, "the ink must flow" set off my Dune quote tic).
