Even though I'd requested a windshield replacement, Andrew took an honest look at my windshield and told me I just needed a repair. Someone else could've tried to upsell me, but not Andrew! Andrew was fast and professional, and he explained what he doing while he did it. Can't recommend him enough! Before (blue glove) and after (no glove) attached!
This is my second time using RVA Glass to replace a windshield. Both times, Andrew has been professional, on time, and easy to communicate with every step of the way. I would definitely recommend his services and will be back if I have any other windshield needs!
I highly recommend RVA Glass! This was my first time using RVA Glass and I have no complaints. The owner Mr Davis was friendly, professional, and informative. Arrived at my home on time and finished the job in no time. RVA Glass did an excellent job ....and the work is guaranteed. Mr Davis repaired a crack in my windshield....and found 2 other pretty significant cracks that I didn't even see (in the darkened area of the windshield) and repaired those as well.
Before turning to RVA Glass, I trusted my car to a national brand for my car's window repair needs. Once it was clear that brand wasn't able to take care of me any further, I called Andrew. Andrew met me at my house, without charging an additional fee to come see me, not to mention his price quote had already beat that large corporation by almost 50! When you ask Andrew and RVA Glass to help you, you don't get a long legal list of what you can and can't do if your windshield breaks - you get a friend who you can count on no matter what.
