The customer service was good but they didn't seem to know a lot about the store in the products. So it was a little disappointed and frustrated. Other than that the store was clean and the people were friendly

The Richmond team from Sherwin-Williams is the best! On May 30 and May 31 – in support of the Sherwin-Williams National Painting Week – 45-50 volunteers from Richmond area stores spent two full days painting at The Doorways. They helped us with a variety of much needed projects -- doors, guest rooms, hallways and more! Not only did they provide all the labor, but they provided all the materials too. I was at Sherwin Williams 4 x in the last 2 days. The store closest to my home did not have the paint I was looking for and sent me to other stores where they had what I needed. I appreciated their ability to redirect me however had wished the first store had what I needed.
