So for our New Year's resolution this year, my friend and I decided that we were going to improve our pole dancing skills. Since we don't have any pole dancing skills, we figure there was only one way to go--up! We looked at several other places around before we settled on taking a class at SOUL. I had a great experience here! The studio is clean and well-organized, and the owner and staff were very welcoming and professional. Every measure was taken to ensure our safety. Kiera was a knowledgeable but easygoing instructor, and the class was so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone interested in trying their hand at pole dancing. I had a blast and will definitely be going back!

Fantastic place! My family’s favorite place to be. It’s happy and welcoming. A perfect place to have fun, exercise, get physically and mentally challenged, build confidence and make new friends. The adult and kids classes are amazing with phenomenal instructors. Lots of variety offered. I love the adult silks, hoop and pole classes. My teen daughter LOVES her silks and hoop class and is always challenged and learning amazing new skills and more importantly, self confidence. My tween daughter is super happy with her hip hop class and silks class and is also building more self-esteem each week in her fabulous and supportive classes. We’re always happier after being at Soul. We welcome new friends in our classes and build each other up and cheer each other on.. Highly recommend!

My friend and I had so much fun at Intro to Pole with Flynn. We stretched for a warm-up and cool-down, learned how to do three things using the pole, and, most importantly, learned how much respect pole dancers deserve. It’s very difficult but Flynn makes it easier. Her humor is adorable and her teaching technique is methodical and straight-forward. If anyone, guy or girl!, is interested in pole, I’d recommend this class 100%.

We were looking for a venue for my bachelor party and when we actually walked in and spoke with the owner, the venue was a lock. We went to other venues and they were not only going to charge excessive fees, but a lot of them turned us away because the words “bachelor party” was the topic of discussion. Flynn is professional, extremely helpful in planning and setting up, and the best part with working with her is that she is friendly will make you and your guest feel comfortable at the venue. If you want to book any party, please do yourself a favor and go see the location for yourself and you will definitely be impressed. Thank you again Flynn.
