I wanted a move in deep clean of my house and unfortunately that was not what I got. After the left, I found alot of areas that were not touched in the kitchen, floor areas, spider webs on light fixtures, etc. I hardly had any furniture in my house so I thought the cleaning would be thorough, but that is not what I received. It was 3 of them. They also left and I had no idea. I thought that was unprofessional. I am due any day with my second child ans I've had to go behind them to clean things that should've been done. I'm definitely NOT SATISFIED!

Wonderful, dependable service with very kind personal. They will do special projects with due notice! I’m very happy. Owners are pretty hip with communication using texts and emails which is great.
The Maid Crew is fantastic! I have used other cleaning services and The Maid Crew is by far superior. The great customer service begins with your initial telephone call and never ends. They listen to your specific cleaning needs and have those notes for the crew (I am obsessed with clean kitchen floors and spotless bathrooms). I have never been disappointed. The one time I did have a small concern I called and it was resolved beyond what I had expected. Yesterday I forgot to put the clean linens out (which is all I have to do) and the team leader called me to ask about it. WOW! They are efficient with their cleaning methods and everything is done well. The company sends you a reminder text and email a couple of days before each cleaning. Then the day before the cleaning they send a text giving you the time your team will arrive. I have used The Maid Crew for about a year and the crew is always on time. The cost is lower than any other agency I have used. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use The Maid Crew for their house cleaning needs.
The Maid Crew is the best ever company. Their work is excellent n they even don’t mind pets (they love my 2 doggies). They are kind and the employees really care about doing n providing the best service ever!! They showed much compassion when my Dad was very very sick (he’s now passed away) and they had to clean around him when he was in bed. I’ve come to love the workers. Highly Highly recommend this company!!! 10-4-2018 The Maid Crew continues to be the best.company ever. I would never consider getting services from another company. SYLVIA & CRYSTAL are the best and go way beyond the call of duty! They have become like family to us!! Highly highly highly recommend this company!!!!!
We have been a customer of The Maid Crew for over 3 years. They do a wonderful job and we love coming home to our clean home every other Friday. Here are a few reasons we love this company! 1. Very low turn over with their staff. We have had the same 2 crew members come for almost every single cleaning. 2. They change bed linens and make all beds. I have found most companies charge an extra fee for each bed. The Maid Crew doesn't charge extra and they make arrange stuffed animals in different places in the kids room which makes it fun for the kids. This is a huge plus with 7 kids as you can imagine. 3. Customer Service. The office staff are so attentive to the needs of their customers. They always listen and are quick to find a solution to any issue good or bad. 4. Small local company which is always a plus for us.
