No class This organization supposed to be as advertised most top-notch service top notch everything, I have been in the retail stores sports shop three times, not one representative greeted you or said thank you after you checked out at the register. They don’t even put things in a bag for you you have to ask, I had four items I could not handle carrying them to the register and the sales clerk asked me if I wanted a bag. Very unprofessional and immature of people working there.Done with the preserve won’t go back there again.

It's the largest and longest underground automated range in America. 24 stations for rifle pistol and archery. Great one on one instructors available. On site is a sporting goods store with a large inventory of unique sporting accessories!
Great people, great selection and absolutely beautiful location. I visted today for the grand opening, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the facility absolutely TOP NOTCH. I was blown away. If you havent been yet you must see this olace to believe it. They also have a great selection if firearms available for rent.

I had horrible service here. Employees do not care about the customers and gave me attitude when I asked questions. The manager is equally horrible and definitely gives preferential treatment to certain clients. I would NEVER recommend a business like this to anyone!
