I'm just disappointing! From the first phone call to picking up my item, there was a lack of professionalism, customer service and quality of work. For a business that was voted \Best Restoration Service in VA\ and in business for 40 years, I expected the best - not only quality of work but customer of service. I would encourage the Owner to make sure phone calls are returned, revisit how to provide good customer service with staff, take pride in the work (although my item was fixed, they did not even take the time to dust my piece when they brought it out for me to pick up...if would have taken 5 minutes!). It was my first time in Tinker's and offering business. Unfortunately, I will not return nor recommend to others.

This is a great spot to find unique items. Low inventory on this visit.

Many ideas for unique gifts in all price ranges. Fun boutique to wander around in.

Your display windows drew me in, BEAUTIFUL. So many amazing unique items to choose from. Sale staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back, thank you, MERRY CHRISTMAS

I visited Tinkers yesterday for the first time; I was on the hunt for Christmas decor. Just as past reviews state, I wasn’t acknowledged once. I even tried to make eye contact with and smile at an associate multiple times, only to have her look away. It was truly a bizarre experience. The store had some really cute things, and I even purchased 2, but I won’t be returning. To the adult sales associate (or owner?) who treated me like I didn’t matter: get over yourself. You just lost a customer who absolutely loves shopping and supporting local.
