I love coming to this Torrid! The customer service is always exceptional and all individuals that work there treat you like family. I came in last week and the ladies in store literally listened to me and help me select items for my wardrobe and were very knowledgeable about sizing. LOVE IT HERE!

Such rude staff. First woman to greet me decides to project her personal problems onto me just to say she doesn't like something I'm wearing. Then even proceeds to say she can't help me before just walking away.

Staff is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Manager always has great suggestions, she basically curates my fiancé's look, and we manage to find such great deals here.
