Terrible customer service. Canceled my membership with them months ago then last month they start charging me a different amount for no reason. Tried to resolve issue with them but no help. Eventually just had to place a stop payment and dispute the charges with my bank. I stayed with Triangle during COVID even when they were not open trying to do my part since I appreciated them before the pandemic. Just sucks when you feel like your generosity is being taken advantage of.

The ladies at the desk were very informative and kept asking how we are doing. They were very organized, kept the place clean and safe. All the climbing routes were well marked. This made for a challenging, fun, and positive experience. It was my 1st time there and will come back!

We are attending a free Rock climbing class for our kids. This place is pretty amazing. First, it appears to be very clean and well kept. They also seem to have quite of few different things you can do here. Rock climbing, Bouldering, Yoga, Fitness, Weightlifting, Spa area and Lounge. Talking with their staff, they seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the instructors is even a student of my wife's, who rides his unicycle to school, we just think he's pretty cool. We are hoping that the kids enjoy the class. Pretty sure even if we don't sign up for the classes, we will be back to have some fun.

What a great climbing gym. The routes were challenging and fun. They were also fairly and consistently graded. There was great variety of difficulty and types. The staff was friendly and efficient in the certification for top and lead. I highly recommend going there and can’t wait to visit again.

Great gym. Looks brand new, clean, and friendly! Rental equipment is in great condition. I wish there were a few more auto-belay stations but can’t complain. Had a great time bouldering as well. Grading is tough, which made the session that much more enjoyable. V2s that are super crimpy and makes you work? Yes, please! Will have to come back here another time!
