Went into Va cars today and left with beautiful Mazda. Jacob and the team were so helpful and kind through out the whole process. They took the time to explain every question I had, and really helped me get the best financing possible. I highly recommended buying from them! They truly look out for their customers!
I had initially given a 5 star review because the purchase went smoothly. Unfortunately, I found out that the Nissan Murano I purchased from them is missing the sd card in the stereo which means any changes that i make to the clock, radio or even phone pairing gets deleted every time i turn off the car. I've gone back to the dealership a few times and all they do is pass the buck to each other. Nick, the GM, was supposed to look into getting one at a discount (they won't stand by their product and provide one. Heavens no!) but he hasn't called me back yet. I got my car in May, it's now October.. I guess I have a higher chance of spotting Bigfoot. Do yourself a favor, either make sure that the vehicle has everything in it, cause they won't provide it after they take your money. Or just go somewhere else.
Jacob was wonderful with us today. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. We had a great experience and highly recommend VA Trucks.
