We had the best experience with Van Go. Our driver was CJ. He made sure my wife was securely fastened in the van. It was her best experience in a handicapped vehicle. Thank you CJ!!

Im very upset!!! My sons school uses this transportation service for the students the past three days they have been late due to driver not showing up. I have been late for work because I did not want to leave my son and they not show up. I call the first time and spoke with a nice lady name stephanie she told me the driver was 5 to 6 minutes away. Okay Im cool with that but than 25 minutes pass and no van. I call back spoke with Stephanie again was put on hold and someone else came back to the phone who was very rude. I understand when people call out and you have to try and figure things out but no one should be rude when a mother is trying to figure out what is going on with transportation for her child. I will be filing a formal complaint.
VanGo Office staff is wonderful... Clean Vans and on time service. My one complaint is the rude drivers. We are a daycare center and we have kids waiting patiently and the driver says YOU KNOW YALL GOT A BALANCE TO BE PAID FO I LET YALL ON HERE... the staff directed him towards the business office. Proper etiquette would have been to GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE and ask for the business office not shout out of the window with a poor attitude and grammar. Great companies need great representation... Workshops on grammar and etiquette/customer service is suggest for the drivers.
They wanted to charge me 90 for a four minute drive up the road. Total rip off! They are ripping off the insurance companies. Totally doubt they have a five star rating. Went on a company lunch on June 19, 2018 in Richmond VA with 14 co workers and the driver was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!. WE WERE HOLDING ON, BRAKES SLAMMING ON THE HIGHWAY, SPEEDING AND COMPLETELY UNSAFE. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS DRIVING ANYONE ANYWHERE.
