The only reason I even garnered 1 star is because 0 was not an option. The ABSOLUTE most horrible renting experience I have ever endured. The landlord was only concerned about cushioning his pockets and at the expense of the home. Things were never properly fixed and there were constant in home issues. The house had a facial but never any in depth work done. There were cracks in the foundation and walls, uneven floors, power shortages, no heating or ac(at various times). Appliances went out and it took extended periods of time to fix. Bare minimum in insulation so the winter was freezing and space heaters were needed. There were multiple leaks throughout the house that were not fixed or addressed. Outside rain stains cover parts of the ceiling im different rooms. The landlord was rude and disrespectful to our family on more than one occasion. He even showed the house without our permission. Strangers trampled around our home while no one was there. Even the pictures he uses in his now advertisement are of our items and nothing he paid for to stage the home. At the end of the lease he even attempted to retain our security deposit because he believed someone smoked in one of the bedrooms. Although there was not a no smoking clause in our lease. The rent was paid every month on time and he never fulfilled any of his initial promises. Very disappointing experience. I suggest one use caution before considering this property.
