I am new to the Richmond area and stumbled upon Warhammer by chance. Bree, the manager, is very friendly and gave me a tour of the store and a quick demo of the game. I didn’t purchase a starter pack right away. However, I was impressed by her customer service, and couldn’t stop thinking about how fun the game seemed so I went back and purchased it later that day. The store is organized and clean. Despite what another reviewer said, I’ve always seen the store true to the posted hours. You can go in and work on models or play a game any time. Super inviting and friendly atmosphere.

Wish I could say I’ve been in the store but I’ve been trying to give this store a chance for a year. 100% of the time I’ve tried they’ve been closed. Having a consistent, dependable schedule is a very small thing to ask. As I rolled up today I thought, there’s no way it could be closed at 3:30pm on a Saturday... yup sure enough another exception to their schedule and they’re closed. I give up.

It's usually the same girl that works there and she gives great customer service. Any paint questions or want advice on your hobby she's there to help. Wish the store was a little bit bigger and had a larger inventory but it's good

I recently went by the Warhammer hobby store with my 7 year old son. He LOVED it! We were met by a knowledgable and friendly young lady who took the time to walk us a round the store and explained all of the many Warhammer 40k and Warhammer genre models one can purchase and build. She took the time to explain things only a 7 year old boy would ask and we ended up buying several squads of Space Marines and the beginner paint kit. It was a wonderful experience for me and my son and we will be back so she can teach us how to play the game! Wonderful experience with wonderful staff. Made my son's day!
