They’re great at collecting your money, but VERY hit or miss on actually collecting your trash. I’m more surprised when they pick up than when they don’t. Very disappointing service!

We’ve been using them for a couple of months now and they’ve been very consistent and clean! I’ve seen them actually get out of their trucks and pick up trash that fell out while they were picking up trash cans. They’ve been a really great service and it beats having to go to the dump every week. They even came on Christmas Eve. Thanks so much!
Gotta say, I expected the worst given the other reviews, but I've had a great experience so far. Signing up was easier and much cheaper on a monthly basis than expected, and there was no contract. They've picked up regularly every week and the drivers have been professional - even lifting the lid of each container to make sure they got everything. Thus far, WM has exceeded my expectations.
Can’t get ahold of anyone when you try to call them, it says press one or two for your selection but it doesn’t actually work when you select a number. Can’t pick a choice. Also they say they bill every 3 months and I’m being billed every month higher then the last but can’t speak to anyone. Wouldn’t recommend and I’ll be switching to county as soon as I can. When I moved here didn’t know it was an option.
Commerical trash pickup. Their pickup is ok. However, their contract is horrible. It's all in fine print too. They lock you into a 3 year contract that automatically renews for another 3 years if you don't send them something in writing 90-180 days before the end of the 3 years. Oh, and that has to be certified mail, return receipt written notice, to be valid. If you try to cancel them less than 90 days before the automatic renewal (for 3 years, mind you), you're stuck and it automatically renews. If you try to cancel them during the 3 years, their termination fee is you have to pay them at an amount of 6 months service. Honestly it wouldn't be bad to keep them if they didn't jack up your rates with no explanation and you're stuck with them because of all the fine print. The amount they jacked up the rates from the original contract price: Started at 125 per month, I'm now at 260 a month. It's ridiculous. Do not enter into a 3 year contract with them, or any trash pickup. Read the contract before signing.
