They are reliable and show attention to detail and care about customer satisfaction. I will continue to use Whitten Bothers service department as long as I own my Jeep. Service advisor seem to be more focus on proving my cause for concern wasn’t creditable. I first sought service because of a factory recall notice I had received in the mail. After speaking with advisor, I was informed that “it didn’t exist” and I would have to pay “x” for services. When in fact I later spoke with a female associate and she was able to point me in the right direction. The recall that “didn’t exist” did exist but my vehicles VIN number didn’t fall under vehicles that had said part/issue. The lady was nice but my service advisor could use a lesson in communicating with customers. So after paying “x” for service I felt my business was not appreciated and will not be taking it back for return service(s) of my own free choice.
