The work area and the building are ver clean and amazing but the Leads and Supervisor are Hitlers they don’t care how work the good ppl and always complain with the best employees. When it’s time to the rise they just give u 3 or 4 cents maybe 25 cents no more and every time they demand more and more work!! Maybe one or two time someone said thanks for u excellent job.

Easy in and out. Trucks are looking for the eastern entrance, bathroom available inside. Loaded in less than an hour.
Do Not order online. Their customer service is very poor and unfriendly and their exchange policy is extremely inflexible. Once we received the helmet, a piece was not the right fit (making it dangerous to use) and Riddle would not exchange. Although they could send us another part if we purchased it separately (but would not take an exchange). Go with a different product unless you are 100% sure you won’t need their customer service for anything.
Being patient ordered a helmet on 5/2 and a month later 6/2 still havnt recieved it order still.says in proccess. My son is ready for his gift that atleast should be on the way due to the trouble times a month is a long time for a helmet that is a solid color that they should have already in stock . called twice was told basically to wait on it what else can i do . the quality of riddell s equipment top notch
My son loves their helmet and it’s the only reason they received any stars. Their customer service and honesty is horrific. Taking 6 weeks to get a helmet to you that was supposed to be done in 3 and is late for the season is unacceptable. When I called in and got yelled at for checking on my order and then lied to about where it was and why we didn’t have it on time was terrible but the worst part was when I got hung up on when I asked what day the helmet would be finished and if they’d rush ship it since they were so delinquent in their timeframe and honesty. So I made plans to have to travel to Cleveland to pick up his helmet since he had a game and they wouldn’t rush it since I didn’t pay for it when it was their 3 week lateness causing the problem. Worst customer service in the sporting industry sadly. Going to Schultz from now on.
Easy-going, fun and productive work place. Mandatory and volunteer overtime hours are given when the season is busy. Company policy rules are easy to manage. Anyone who is energetic and optimistic would be fit for the job.
