I blew a few spokes on my back wheel while on vacation for the weekend. I needed a repair and I needed it fast--I wanted to ride the bike I'd lugged all the way from Chicago! Chris, the owner of RIde On, repaired my tire despite not having exactly the right length of spokes in stock. He took a few off an old wheel set he had lying around and filed one down a bit. He then trued the wheel to a reasonable degree, and said I could come back the next day when his wheel truing expert would be in. He even texted me the next day to let me know the guy was in the shop and ready for my wheel. Because of a change in plans I didn't end up going back in the next day, but it wasn't because I wasn't thrilled with the service I received from Ride On. I'd take my bike back here any time. You can't beat friendly, professional service that goes the extra mile to help the customer out.
