A first time customer at Cosco Soap, I was pleased with the level of customer service I received. I emailed them about their Green Soap after hearing a number of great things about it. I thought it might be a good addition to the shelves of my tattoo shop. Even through email, I could tell just how much the company cared for its potential clients. I am located in the NY so its great to work with a Bronx soap manufacturer and keep things local. I ended up purchasing a few boxes of the Green Soap from my distributor. Great product and great company. Thank you.

I first contacted Cosco Soap about a year ago after hearing good things about their Green Soap. The customer service member I spoke with was friendly and took the time to answer every question I had about the product in detail. I purchased a batch of the soap to to the stores in my route. The first shipment sold out within two weeks and ever since I have been a regular customer. Each time I place an order I'm greeted with a cheerful hello and after the shipment has shopped out, I receive detailed tracking information and follow up calls to ensure my satisfaction. Their tattoo green soap is my go-to sanitizing solution and has been since the first time I purchased it. I recommend it to all of my friends and the whole shop has started using it.
