Horrible service and super rude owner. The owner told me I was lucky to even have my shoes back, because I didn’t have my ticket number on me, even after he was closed for months of COVID quarantine, and then rudely told me to never come back again. It was unbelievable. This guy doesn’t deserve a decent person’s business. The shoes I got fixed looked the same as when I brought them in. He wasn’t able to fix any part of the boot heel which the suede had rubbed off. That was the reason I had brought them in and he could not fix it, which is surprising because it was a very common fix.

When my buckle snapped from my boxing headgear, folks told be to go to a shoe repair place to get it fixed. The other repair places in the neighborhood refused because their knitting machine couldnt handle the leather, but this place stepped up and offered to fix it by hand. Super friendly service, fast turnaround, good price!

He messed up one of my shoes when he glued the sole back, making the R shoe tighter than the left. When I told him about it he denied being responsible and said it was natural for that to happen. But my shoes fit fine before! Then he wanted to charge me to FIX them! You have to be an idiot to give this guy your money. Learn from my mistake
