Great service! We ordered the battery op bulk gun and had so much trouble with it. A member of their team (from the WA office, I think) got on FaceTime with us to observe what was happening, verified that it wasn't working and overnighted a replacement gun. As for the product ... after just an hour of working with the Permachink we were pros. My recommendation is keep a spray bottle handy and keep it damp while you are working with it. The #1383 3/4\x5\ spatula was the tool that worked best for our logs. Rechinking our cabin was a big project and the results were goregous with Permachink!
