Matt took great care of my new Street Triple 765RS. He installed a new power commander for me and tuned the bike, and the bike runs so incredibly smooth now! He was a very straight forward and personable guy, and everything said and done he actually came in under the discussed price. Great service and will be going back in the future as new parts are installed.

I took my bike to Matt at Right Side Up Kreations a few months back still impresses me everyday his work is unreal and iv already written a review about it if you look through the reviews. But the purpose of this review is to let you know that even after your work is completed Matt still goes out of his way to help you. I have called Matt several times since my bike being in the shop with some random questions about bikes in general and have probably asked several non sense questions but Matt still takes the time to talk to me and answer all my questions and explains the reasoning behind it everytime. Matt and his buisness is the real deal, you are not going to find a place anywhere else around here who gives you professional grade work and quality customer service before, during, and after your bike is complete.

VERY BAD customer service! I called to inquire about getting service on 5 of the 8 bikes I own. The male representative answered with complaints about how many calls and voice mails they received and how short staff they are. - I am sorry but that's not my problem!!! I am calling to conduct business. (1st impression is very important) They lost me before they chance to even talk or meet me. - In this trying times it's good to be busy. No thank you.
