I totalled my subaru forester, and really wanted another one. I told them what I was looking for, and they notified me when a new on was on its way to the lot. It was an easy experience in buying a new car. I would highly recommend Riley Subaru and their team.

I bought a vehicle that they claimed had zero problems and I had it not even 3 months for it to break down and get told by somewhere else it is basically trash and needs an engine rebuild on top of a laundry list of other things and it's better off to trade. Knowingly took advantage of me and lied to me. If you're going to buy from them be sure to take into account the price and if you can afford the extra couple hundred dollars every few months in repairs you will have to do. Worst vehicle experience I could have imagined.

Great and knowledgable salesperson. Ken was very cordial and knew his stuff. Not pushy or stressed out about making a sale. He was very positive and patient with me and my wife. Highly recommend Ken specifically and the Dubuque Subaru Dealership to anyone looking for a clean, very clean, affordable vehicle.
The salesman was friendly but our experience was not great. We bought a used Subaru for my son's 16th birthday. We live 5 hours away and based on talking with them, the car had no issues. We got it home and after a week of driving, we brought it to our local Subaru dealership. They gave us a print out of everything that needed to be fixed including the engine. They said the dealership that sold it to us should have seen it. It ended up being a huge disappointment. The repairs are more than the vehicle is worth.
Took my car in for an inspection and a small problem and the service manager worked hard to get the problem fixed under warranty.
Repeat customer. My sales associate was very helpful and friendly. They answered any questions I had, and I had *a lot* of questions. Hours were convenient: I was able to visit after work and not be in a rush. Inventory was a bit low given it was tax return month, but they were still able to find a fantastic vehicle for me in my price range. Looked like all inventory was available on their own site as well as 3rd party sites. Overall, I was very happy with my car buying experience, and I would be happy to do business with Riley's again in the future.
We recently joined the Subaru family, leased our first of probably many more cars from the Riley family. It was so easy and hassle free I couldn't believe it. Our sales representative Clark Butler was a real joy to work with.
