Dr Ho is very kind, great doctor to bring kids to. He takes time with the child and listens to all concerns you might have. Definitely would recommend. I enjoy bringing my little ones to him.

Dr Ho is a great doctor, I was not crazy about his staff he kept for so long however he has a completely new staff and they are much more kid friendly.

Dr. Ho is an amazing doctor, however the front desk staff is extremely rude. They told me the wrong time for my daughters appointment and she has rsv. I showed up and they insisted that her appointment was at 3:50 not 4:50. One lady was very rude and said we’re closing and then walked away from me. They also didn’t put my new phone number on file the first time I gave it to them and said they called me to remind me of my appointment. They called the old number. They made me feel very bad about being late when I’m positive they told me the wrong time.

Front Desk is always very friendly and helpful anytime I need to make or reschedule an appointment. Dr. Ho and the NP's are always very friendly and interested in how my kid is doing in school and in his sports. There is never a long wait, they normally get me in the back and seen very quickly. Highly recommend!
