#1It is Very disrespectful when we are on the phone and we get interrupted for some silly discount promotions or Nonsense Layaway offer! #2 at checkout they offer a rewards card then they say their system doesn't work or is offline right when I want to use my points !!!! The only 3 times that I've visited. They focused more on costumer services than the Actual Costumer Experience!!!!#3 It is very irritating when I'm paying it takes so long !!!!!!

It's not fair that it takes more than 5 minutes make a purchase of a single blouse. I don't even bother with their points thing anymore, they are not working or take even more time to use!!!!!. I can tell the company is a bit stingy from all the other Melrose I've been they all have really old registers. Probably why it take a long time to make a purchase. Is 2020 people leve if we have to wait long I've seen it alot In this stores. Besides they do have an online store but it does not even work properly. You can't expect a tree to grow without water. PS, workers are always helping us
