To bad I have to leave one star because I finally found a use for imaginary numbers, negative stars. My father and his fellow elderly neighbors have been without power since Monday morning. Yet all the rich peoples houses around them have power. When I speak to their call center people, its like listening to a four year old make excuses to why the drew all over the wall and then your parrot asking for a cracker. If you are rich you get great services. If you are hard worker or retired, they believe you can wait with no expediency in returning your services, but God help you if your late on your payment. They rush to shut off your service then. Pathertic Company. Oh, by the way...my father has been a customer for over 40 years.
