I have been a patron of Rio Nails for 5 years. In October 2020 the previous, long time owner Richard, no longer managed the salon. The new owner and employees are great. The quality of product has drastically decreased. I have always had nail dip done to my finger nails and never experienced breaking/cracking of the nail. Also, the top coat they use has practically worn away within a week. I pay too much money for the quality received. Good service. Poor quality.

I love this place. In the summer I made the mistake of going to place by the Guitar Shop MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE RIGHT PLACE!!!! I went in asking for a cut down (I need to be able type and just FUNCTION IN GENERAL lol ) they did exactly what I wanted. They were very accommodating and friendly. The shop is very relaxing and spa like.

Really good experience, especially with covid going on. They're taking it seriously here, asking me to wash my hands as soon as I walked through the door, personal masks and shields on all the specialists, and mobile screens for extra protection. Good value, nice massage, friendly specialists, and they took me with a five minute notice. Can't ask for more!

Been going there for years they recently changed ownership and the quality of the materials definitely changed , had my nails done in gel color and the color chipped in one day , also my nails were wrapped in acrylic and they also chipped and cracked in one day .

All around bad customer service. When In around 5:30 and got a rushed pedicure doesn’t feel like I got my 30 dollars worth of massage and customer service. The energy felt stale and the workers were more focused on getting me and my partner out the doors so they can go home. Will probably never ever ever come back

I love this place. I'm not sure why I haven't posted a review until now. I go here all the time to get my eye brows waxed. The owners are so nice! They don't even need to ask what I want anymore because I'm a frequent customer; when I walk in they greet me and bring me back to a room. They have very reasonable prices. The salon is ways neat and clean. They also do a great job on my eye brows. I appreciate them and of course will be back soon!

bought a gift card Dec 20th. they didn't take the money out until January 30..saying thy never closed their credit cards. great business practice.
