Rude staff, very inconvenient. After spending the time to go through the whole process of getting the real id they told us at the end that they needed exact change. There was nothing posted about this. My wife and I were both getting ours and it was 114 for both of ours. We had hundreds. For some unknown reason they couldn't combine our transactions to let us pay together, so I had to drive around to get change for a hundred. For paying extra for the so called convenience, this was anything but, and the lady assistanting me was incredibly rude.

About a week ago I came to this MVD to get the plates of my mother, who passed away switched to my car and the staff was very friendly. My clerk Mikala was very helpful and walked me through this hard process. Very professional and quick. Definitely will recommend this business to others!

Poor customer service on today's visit, definitely not worth the extra fees. Just make an appointment with the actual DMV for better service and price. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is they have done far better in the past.

Perla was great. I also heard Boah talking to a little old lady next to me. He was so patient and nice to her. Perla answered all my questions and helped me fill out forms. The staff is amazing!

I loved it here. Everyone was just awesome. A young lady by the name of Marta took me step by step. It was professional. getting a new title, I called the day before and was told what I needed to bring. provided exceptional customer service, was very friendly and knowledgeable during our interaction. It’s nice to go to a business that is friendly and helpful and all employees feel like they enjoy doing what they do. They followed all COVID safety measures of social distancing, and text me from my car when I could go in. Great Customer Experience!
