Nick & Renee our tour guides on the 19th of December 2020 were fantastic. Both were extremely knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife that we found along our journey. They informed us about the vital role mangroves play in maintaining the ecosystem of Florida. The water was beautiful and the mud flat was a great little stopping point along the way!

My two children and I had a wonderful, amazing experience exploring the rookery with Forest. Forest is an extremely knowledgeable and humorous biologist who engaged my children throughout the excursion. We spent almost three hours out in the rookery and my son who is 11 was hanging on his every word. My son was smiling the entire time and had very enthusiast and detailed conversations with Forest about the native animals and their behaviors. While we were paddling along, my son told me with a huge smile on his face that he wants to be a biologist too! I recommend this tour to any mom or dad out there who has a son or daughter that loves learning about animals and their habitats. It is a beautiful and well preserved estuary teeming with life!
We did a shelling trip. Ryan is amazing. He holds a master's degree in biology - did his masters work in southern Florida - knows area, knows birds, vegetation, knows rookery bay. Loves area. Great trip. Kids loved shells. One of the best vacation activities we have done as a family. Ask for Ryan or his wife if you want fun and education.
Great fun with Sam and Bryce. Very knowledgeable, very interactive, great personalities. It was my first time and despite a pretty stiff wind, I found it very easy. Cannot wait to see our pictures.
