Wow! If you’re looking for a solar provider that has many options, expert advise, amazing customer interface and reliable and accurate data and information - look no further, you found your solar experts! My journey started by calling my electric company and asking which company they would contact for solar on their home and I got a couple of names, one was Rising Sun. After getting estimates and research I decided Rising Sun really fit my needs based on my roof, electric usage and educational information. Today, they finished the installation - took a week and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Absolutely EVERYONE was professional, helpful, educational and always answered every question with grace. I had zero idea when I started what solar was, how it worked and what I needed. Now, I’m an informed energy creator and I finally am able to lower my electric bill and be much more aware of my usage and footprint on this planet. All of this happened with zero money down! The coolest part, I felt the entire time like someone was walking with me in this journey, I never felt alone or unsure what was happening. It was amazing!

The whole process from start to finish was really organized. Rising Sun is very prompt, courteous and everything was laid out for me with much detail. Rhody and Desmond were always available to answer my questions and I had a lot! Megan stayed in contact with us through the whole process and we always knew what was going on. The installation crew was always on time for the work day and was polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. The emphase app is extremely easy to use and I love checking it everyday to see how much energy the panels are producing. I also love that is shows real time what our panels are producing compared to how much energy we are using. The panels are great quality and look really nice on our roof. We've recommended RisingSun to all of our friends and neighbors. Top Notch Company we are so glad we were able to work with them!

From the initial planning and design, through the inspector process, to the completion of the project, everything was professional and top notch. Excellent crew helping us understand the process each step of the way. Once everything was done we had a very nice look added to our home as well as a substantial improvement to our energy cost. The limited amount of sun exposure to our roof was maximized to the fullest. Thanks to everyone, and I recommend this company to anyone looking to help save the planet with what we can! We just had our solar panels installed & are excited to see them up & running, just waiting on electric company to switch out our meter. Everyone was disappointed when they had to install most of it in the rain, which tore up our yard, but the staff at rising sun were great about buying us more seed & even to the store that we purchased our seed from. I'm super grateful for that. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because I had to lay the grass seed & conditioner mostly on my own (I know they're not professional gardners, but it was laid a little sloppily). From the salesman to the workers to the office staff I had a pleasant experience with everyone & I'm sure I will continue to have. What a great investment & way to help the environment. Two thumbs up for rising sun.
