According to google they close at 9pm, walked in at 8:39pm and they were completely closed up with nobody in sight. Recommend going to the other locations to avoid wasting your time.

Worst ever. Says that it doesn't close until 9pm yet I waited for 10 mins for no one to even come to register. Will never return to this location nor will I recommend anyone else go. Don't waste your time go to the other shops. This location shouldn't even be open for business. If I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

There was no indication that the store was closed so, I was standing outside there at 7:30 waiting to be served. Long story short no one came. The hours need to be updated and there needs to be a sign or at least have the lights turned off so costumers don’t stand outside.

Stood waiting to be helped because the appearance of the store was that it was open, when a woman finally came back to the counter she rudely stated that the store was closed. There was no sign or hours listed anywhere. Won't be going back.

Why have hours that you are going to be open if you are going to turn customers away because you already cleaned the machines? Went in tonight at 8:40 and that’s what we were told. It’s a real bummer cuz I love frozen custard but i guarantee that I will never buy it there again.
