Pulled up at 8:15 last night, said they’re open until 9. Saw a girl in the back chatting so I gave a polite little tap on the window. She literally looked at us and went back to talking for a solid 5 minutes. I just stood there not knowing what to do. Another guy came up and we just started laughing. She then looked at us again and went back to talk with her two other co workers. Then just as we’re about to leave they come up to take our orders as if they didn’t sit there ignoring us for 10 minutes. Honestly I ain’t mad it was hilarious, I’m going to assume one of them was the owners daughter or something cause I have never seen such an odd case of idgaf

Customer service was fine, all things Covid Considered. One kid liked mango, one kid had the nasty overly sweet Swedish fish, but the pineapple that my husband and I shared tasted like dirty tap water. GROSS!

Poor customer service I pulled up with them dealing with a customer so I got out my car to stand in line after the guy in front of me was done she looked right me and my son and then closed the service window and didn't return for like 30 min while my my son and I just waited and when she did return I asked about it, she just smiled and said he ordered the day before and asked if he could pick up early and said sorry. I replied a little info would have been nice instead of just closing the window, plus there is no sign saying hours of business the dirty looks she was giving me she's very lucky I'm not the old me enough said I will never go back nor will any of my family members every again.

Girl working here was very nice and was able to give some recommendations on some flavor combinations. I love going to ritas despite the flavor rotations, which means I cant always get my fav but I can always try something new. My favorite combination is swedish fish or cherry water ice with vanilla custard but I just recently had banana ice and strawberry banana ice with vanilla custard and nilla wafers and it was awesome!
