They currently have two windows setup: one for ordering and one for pickup. I ordered an ice cream for my pup and it came with three big milk bones. He loved it!

Convenient because its across the st from my job but when ive gone on my break or after work, the line is terribly long. Sizes got smaller as well. So smaller size gelatin and waiting for a half hour. No thanks. I drive out of my way to cinnaminson instead. I wish they had online order pick up. The owner says its because they're short staffed. Short staffed daily? Not good... I used door dash thru them one time and my order was darn near melted! I called the store and they denied it was their fault and claims it was in a freezer. It takes literally 3 mins to drive to my house from ritas..... it wasn't door dashes fault, especially when you can see the drivers moving and not bs ing around on the app, js... 3 stars because the flavors are good when I had it in the past.

The owner, staff, and quality of the products are far superior to any other shop I've ever been too. I actually posted on a local page recently about how kind they are and apparently I'm not the only one that noticed. I read comment after comment about how nice the owner is and everyone knows Dave by name! He has people driving from all over Jersey to go to a Rita's in Willingboro.... an area where they keep shutting down restaurants and closing supermarkets and this man is pulling major business into the town. Way to go Dave and staff! Keeping the area alive with kindness and quality.

Great store. Owner is personable and took the time to describe his all natural pineapple ice. Was delicious. Counter staff is attentive and patient. Great flavors. Better store than some of the other local. Will go back, will recommend. Can get very crowded but don't run out of product.
