Silky smooth. This is hands down the best custard I've ever had. Custard is my favorite frozen treat custard here is so silky, I was really surprised. The workers were very flexible on the combinations I wanted to make . Not to mention teachers get a discount . How awesome is that???

Good customer service and more importantly, terrific ice cream. Got the chocolate brownie and the Mrs had oreo. First trip in but it won't be the last.

LOVE RITA'S!!! The owners son is very kind! Refreshing to get! Such nice service! Perhaps I'm a little bias sice my good son works there. Regardless, they have the best tasting ice cream. Try there chocolate chip cookie ice cream
I finally got my cherry gelati(not gelato) and it was amazing. I hadn't had one in years. And the service was super excellent.
I love the ice, it's so smooth! Great for non-dairy eaters like me :) and while I enjoy the italian ice, my husband can get the custard!
The custard is smooth and creamy and there ices pop with favor. Large portions reasonably priced.
The Italian ice is the best I've ever had and isn't expensive at all, which is an added bonus. The manager is super friendly, as are most of the staff. It's a great place to come for a treat! My previous review included some detailed descriptions of poor employee behavior, which I feel has been addressed by management and therefore removed with the anticipation that there won't be any issues in the future. Which I'm glad, because this place is awesome and I want to keep coming back!
