The last 2 times I have been here have been down right terrible. I'm not talking about the water ice either. Both times my order has been messed up and it's not worth arguing and holding up the long line of ppl that have been waiting just as long as me, but if you can't get the order right. At least right it down so you have notes to go back to. It's not a hard concept I swear.

Rita’s is awesome. Always great product and lots of flavors and varieties to choose from. Unfortunately this location did not have the standard Rita’s cups for my daughters Gelati and the cap popped off halfway home and leaked all over my front seat. Not really their fault, but was disappointed about the cap not staying secured on the cup. Never had that happen before at any Rita’s. I’ll chalk it up to bad luck. Just be sure your caps are secured so this doesn’t happen to you.

Great water ice. Have one window to order at and then move to another window for pick up. Employees are all masked. Customers are mixed, some with and some without. Good selection of water ice, including sugar free.
