Discovered this place recently and now I'm hooked! Raspberry Lemonade and Cotton Candy are delicious Very friendly service too.
So I finally visited today. Employees seemed like they would rather be at home. I was looking at the ice cream decided to try the unicorn milkshake. Got me a large. It came out like a slushy and they made me pay extra for the whip cream. Pretty bummed about having to pay extra to make my drink look halfway what it’s supposed to. Only thing I like here is the ice cream!
Well, I do like Italian Ice, and was excited to get some after driving 5 miles off the freeway to get some. Thought we’d be ok given that they reported to Google that they close at 9:00 PM. Arrive to find that not only was their scheduled close time 8:00PM(sticker on the door; they were locked up, closed, and all gone when we arrived at 6:47PM!! I’m guessing the root of this is inconsistent management or Rita’s is a struggling business models for franchisees. This is the second time I’ve been willing to try Rita’s and haven’t been able to because a location was closed way outside what they post. So for now, I’m 0 and 2. Someday I’ll find a location where the franchisee is open when they say.......someday.
Delicious Frozen Custard! I'd go as far as saying it's the best Frozen Custard in Visalia! Wonderful location and the options are plentiful when it comes to flavors to choose from. If you're a Vegan you can choose from shaved ice and other desert options. Highly recommend.
Last night I got the worst costumer service ever. The girl had the worst attitude and ignored me when I was talking to her
What can one say when we talk about Rita's? The most fantastic place in the world I think. If they didn't want me to leave at the end of the day I would probably stay there. On a hot day to get a cold desert is absolutely wonderful. This location is awesome they do a great job.
