I was really looking forward to a pinacolada flavor water ice, however this location was sadly limited in it's selection. I ended up with a Juicy Pear flavor. That was short on PEAR flavor but extremely sweet and not very refreshing. Sigh. Maybe next time.

Terribly long wait (20 minutes ) only to get waited on and they don't have what is listed. The waiting area is 85 degrees, easy. We won't be back.

I was excited to get my first water ice of the season. My favorites are the cream ice. I ordered cookies n cream ice and there was not one piece of cookie! Lol! There are always pieces of cookie. I'm not sure what I ate but it wasn't what I've had over the years. Also, there were around 5 employees and I believe the owner was there with his young daughter. The little girl who was probably around 7 yrs old knew how to provide customer service vs the adults and older teenagers . She was the only one who greeted me. There was only one customer ahead of me and she was being helped . She even said to her friend how slow it was. After about 5 minutes someone finally came to the window to see what I wanted. I could see of it were first thing when they opened but it was after 5...they had plenty of time to do whatever they had to get together. As a whole Rita's is not the same as it used to be and I was quite disappointmented on its first day debut.
