Steve did an amazing job on my vehicle. Moving back to Chicago after living in San Diego for the last 14 years is rough so when he posted that he had an open appointment to install a remote start in the middle of my first true snowstorm in years, I jumped at the chance. He had everything installed, quickly and neatly in under 30 minutes. He patiently explained to me how the system works since I’ve never had a remote start before. He was courteous and professional and will now be my “go-to” guy for all my remote start needs for my future vehicles. I plan on happily recommending his shop services to all my family and friends. I had texted them for a quote on a remote start for my car, got a very fair price, had it installed that same day and I was on my way. Installation took less than an hour and half, dropped it off, and got a message when it was ready. Very professional considering most of our communication was via text. I HIGHLY recommend this place. He made sure I understood how to use it and walked me through everything. Thank you very much for the work, my Toyota Camry will now be warm every morning before work. I will be bringing more cars here for installs.
I drove from Indiana to river grove ( over an hour away) to have Steve put in an remote starter with drone system on my car and I can not be happier. He was very professional. Very quick and efficient service. He taught me how to use the system and if I have any questions about anything, he’s just a phone call away. If I could give S&A more than 5 stars I would! Steve has provided the best service I’ve ever experienced from a business. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Helped me out big time with my car. He knows exactly what he’s doing. I trust him completely with my car. I’d recommend S&A to anyone. To start off the whole process was easy, I've had the system installed in my vehicle since February 13, 2019 and except for one small issue that was resolved quickly and at no cost, everything still works great and in the future I plan on going back for any related services. I found this place on google and gave it a chance based on all the good reviews. I texted Steve and gave him my car's year, make, and model along with model of the remote start system I wanted to have installed. He got back to me fairly quick with a quote, so I called to make an appointment and gave a small deposit to hold my spot. Once I showed up he got work on my car and told me it would be a bit of wait so I called an Uber an left for home. Anyways once he finished with everything he called to let know and then showed me the features of my T11 Compustar remote start system and how to properly use it. He also demonstrated how the alarm will react to different levels of impact. In April of 2019 I replaced my vehicles battery and the remote start system stopped working. I texted Steve to see if he was available to take a look at it and he told me that he was closed for the day due to personal reasons, but he later texted me to text him again in a couple hours to see if he was available now. So I did and he was, he took care of the issue in a couple minutes. Ever since then even though I have disconnected my vehicles battery for service multiple times, the remote start system has continued to work properly without issue, so I guess the flashing of the module fixed the issue. In conclusion I have had nothing but good experiences at S&A Autosound. Both Steve and his receptionist have always been welcoming and I can honestly recommend this place to anyone.
