We reserved a Camping spot since we have our own trailer, a spot was assigned to us but had to be moved due to someones property parked on the spot we were assigned, no problem at all to be moved. We liked the other spot better with view of the River. The thing with having a trailer and renting out a camping spot for however long is needed, is that you won't always be so spaced out from the locals, and there is rules and regulations everyone needs to follow of course. We were there for that night only, and had breakfast next morning, and didn't even get to launch boat because someone had complained about our campsite having too many people and about a fire we had the previous night. If we weren't allowed to have two family's in one campsite, then it should of been addressed since the beginning. Thank you for the opportunity anyway, and letting us try and eliminate the places not right for our family in particular. We had seen this place before when on the River and well i guess you could say, it is a nice big place but still could end up next to someone not so nice.

We had an amazing time here, short, but great. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. We rented a tiny home from a private party, but still had a great time. The water was nice and comfortable and just cool enough to offset the 103 temperatures. Great place to jetski, or just wade around in the river. The views in the morning and at sunset are spectacular.
It was excellent. Very tidy, personable staff and clean bathrooms. Enjoyed the visit and hope to go back
Had an amazing relaxing time on the river Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We visited the resort this past weekend and the tiny house, property, and location were great. But there was a family of about 40 people that reserved ONLY 2 RV SPOTS that were very loud and pretty much took over the area. We mentioned something to the staff and I don't think anything was said or done about all the people in a small area. I would think the resort has rules on how many people and vehicles can occupy an RV spot. And then when they all left they left trash everywhere! This didn't totally ruin our getaway but it definitely put a damper on our weekend. Please address these kind of issues in the future.
I use to go to this river lodge for years until my dad passed way he would always come and jet ski and read a good book by the river to relax I miss going to this river and I miss the good times with my dad there
The views are spectacular..right on the Colorado River. Washer dryers. Showers and a little market. 14 miles to Parker, AZ. Leisurely drive via the Dam Rd. Very affordable..its older but worth it.
Me and my family rented a tiny home. two adults and four children we got harassed by the owners of the park .Were not allowed to have more than 4 people on the porch that was counting children we felt very uncomfortable. I would recommend not to stay here specially if you have children. We also had friends that brought their RV and had it parked at a spot at the resort electric breaker kept turning off for several trailers at the resort the owner had to keep fix it . It was over a hundred degrees . The owners would drive around just to harass people. save your money not worth the misery there's so many better places
