I answered an indeed posting for a job interview for a radio host, they either would not or could not tell me anything about the show and insisted on being vague and “that’s how the entertainment business goes” but I know it is not. They could not tell me anything about the show, they said they just scheduled me to literally only fill out the background check and then leave, only after my third round of questions did they try to get me to go upstairs to actually take the drug test which they claim to perform themselves, not a lab. When I refused and asked for my money back he at first claimed he never got my cashapp then kicked me out of the building. While I was waiting for my ride they threatened to call the POLICE on me for trespassing even though I was just in their building. The manager tried to forced me to walk down the street to a gas station and I as a woman by myself refused to walk around in an unfamiliar area, when I refused to walk with him (the manager) up the hill to the gas station he said he was going to call the police, so I called the police and he immediately was argumentative with them and trying to tell the police that he had a right to have me arrested and taken to jail. I don’t know if they actually do have recording space that they rent, but any job offered straight from them is not legitimate, they tried to scam me and take my money without even an interview.
